I was born April 23, 1986, in a non-Christian family in Nepal. My parents were pious in their faith and they taught us all the rites and rituals of our religion.
Since childhood, I was not able to speak properly. When I went to school, children used to tease me. This broke my heart and I restrained myself from all the activities.
When I was in the fifth grade, I once met a Christian woman on the way. As our meetings became frequent, she started to share the Word. It was through her I came to know about Jesus Christ. Then the servant of God encouraged me to put my trust in the Lord. Putting my trust in Jesus, I started to attend the church along with her. The message that was shared there touched my heart. During the prayer time, I prayed earnestly to God to help me to speak clearly. God was gracious to me and enabled me to speak properly. At once, I confessed my sins and chose to trust in Him.
When my walk with God became strong, I set apart my time in His presence for praying. Soon, a desire grew in my heart to serve the Lord all through my life. Through constant time spent in prayer, I was confirmed of my call. I then joined a Bible School.
