I was born May 12, 1993, into a non-Christian family in India. I have parents, three brothers and two sisters. My parents were followers of gods and goddesses and performed the rituals and sacrifices in order to gain blessing.
Since my teens, my mother had been suffering from the torments by the powers of darkness. My father struggled to get her healing by various medical treatments. On the other hand, my mother’s situation affected the family. Moreover, my father took her to different religious shrines, but nothing was successful.
In the year 2011, my aunty came to know about Christian faith. She visited our family and said that if my mother had attended the church, her diseases would have been healed. Sometime later, my mother contacted the pastor. The pastor came and shared the love of God. Finally, he prayed for my mother and she had deliverance. Realizing that Jesus is the divine Healer and Deliverer, I confessed my sins and chose to trust in Him.
From then on, along with my family I started to attend the church. Soon, a desire to share the love of Christ grew in me. As I meditated on this, the Lord confirmed His calling. Therefore, I joined a bible school.
